Return Policy

You may return most items purchased from ExteriorSolutions.com for partial refund within 30 days from purchase date. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA or RGA and be in resalable condition and received within 14 business days from authorized return date. You will be responsible for any shipping and or packaging charges to return items to E.S. Trade Company. No credit will be given by E.S. Trade Company on returned merchandise that is received back to our facilities damaged or otherwise not resalable by us. Exceptions:

We are pleased to offer exterior décor products that are custom-manufactured to your specifications, and we encourage you to review your order carefully. Since the product is built to your specifications, the order cannot be changed, modified, or canceled once your order is in production.

Custom products include, but are not limited to: Custom vinyl shutters, custom wood shutters, custom headers, and other custom products. If you have a question of whether or not the item you would like to order is custom, please contact us prior to ordering.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Damaged / Defective Goods:

If you received your order damaged, defective, or an incorrect item please contact our customer service department at 866-760-2846 or 815-261-3094. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at E.S. Trade Company’s discretion.

Any claims for incorrectly made or initially defective merchandise and shortages must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt and before product is altered in any manner or installation is attempted. E.S. Trade Company reserves the right to inspect any alleged incorrectly made or defective merchandise at our facility to verify validity of claim before any repair or replacement is performed; however this policy does not imply automatic replacement or repair by E.S. Trade Company. It is your responsibility to check the merchandise when it is delivered to make sure there are no discrepancies, damage or shortages.
